University Business Academy in Novi Sad is the first university from the region to become a member of the international university network called “The Compostela Group of Universities”. At the last assembly meeting of this association, the candidature of the University was presented by Ass. Professor Marijana Mladenov Ph.D., Vice-Dean for International Cooperation at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad.
The first summer school on human rights, organized last week in the village of Ečka, near Zrenjanin, by the Provincial Ombudsman and defender of human rights, Prof. Zoran S. Pavlovic Ph.D., ended with the certificate award ceremony and the speech delivered by Provincial Ombudsman.
Within the framework of the International Summer School "Intercultural Management", organized by the University Business Academy in Novi Sad, students from “Universidad Tecnológico de Monterrey“ of Mexico, the largest university in Latin America, visited the University Business Academy in Novi Sad. On that occasion, they had a meeting with professor Marijana Carić, Ph.D., President of the University Council and professor Mirko Kulić, the University Rector.
At the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, on June 12, 2018 we hosted another interesting lecture as part of our special lecture series. Namely, Dr. Zorica Mršević, a women rights activist, researcher and scientific adviser at the Institute for Social Sciences - Belgrade, delivered a lecture on a very important topic: "Femicide".
On June 6, 2018 Mr. Aleksandar Bilanović was our guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary, University Business Academy in Novi Sad. Mr. Bilanović delivered a lecture entitled "My Life Line" in a packed auditorium. Prof. Marko Carić, as our Vice-Rector for international cooperation at the University Business Academy, addressed the audience and expressed gratitude and satisfaction for their outstanding interest in this lecture.
Rector of the University Business Academy, prof. Mirko Kulić Ph.D., attended the celebration of the World Environment Day held on June 5, 2018 in the Botanical Garden "Jevremovac". The celebration was organized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia and was attended by representatives of state bodies and institutions, professional and scientific public and diplomatic corps.
