SIGNED COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT IN BELGRADE
The Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary of the University Business Academy in Novi Sad has signed a business cooperation agreement with the Administrative Court in Belgrade on Friday, February 22, 2019. The agreement is intended to regulate cooperation in all areas of scientific and research work, projects and educational activities, which are viewed as beneficial for both institutions.
Hopefully, this cooperation will enable the transfer of knowledge and experience through the implementation of joint scientific i.e. research projects, professional gatherings, seminars, educational and promotional activities for the general public, as well as organized internship for students of the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in the Administrative Court.
On behalf of the Administrative Court in Belgrade the agreement was signed by the Court President, Judge Jelena Ivanović, while prof. Mirko Kulić, Ph.D., as University Rector, and Prof. Milan Počuča Ph.D., as Vice-Dean for Science, Quality and Development, signed the agreement on behalf of the University Business Academy in Novi Sad. Cooperation between these two institutions should contribute to the improvement of students' knowledge in the field of administrative law. On the other hand, it is expected that the cooperation will also contribute to the way in which the operation and longstanding legal practice of the Administrative Court is presented to a wider audience, particularly in terms of institutional mechanisms for the implementation, protection and improvement of administrative law.
The signing of this cooperation agreement with the Administrative Court in Belgrade can be considered as yet another step towards expanding the cooperation network of the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, aimed at the improvement of higher education.
The Faculty of Law in Novi Sad is a modern and accredited higher education institution, continuously striving to provide a high quality of teaching, thus preparing its students for their future careers.
