The privately owned Faculty of Pharmacy, Novi Sad was established in 2012 when it received accreditation for integrated academic studies of Pharmacy and Pharmacy-Medical Biochemistry and specialist studies of Medical Biochemistry. With the mentioned accreditation of these study programs, the Faculty became the first (and so far only) accredited private faculty in the field of pharmacy in the region.

All study programs of the Faculty are in line with the programs of prestigious European universities in related fields.

Practical classes are the absolute priority in teaching and studying at this Faculty. Through high standards of teaching, practical training, organized field visits, trips, a mandatory internship and with a considerable class load, students get prepared for the real-life situations which they are likely to encounter upon graduation.

Practical training is carried out in small groups in modernly equipped laboratories of the Faculty, external teaching centers and partner institutions. For students who are employed or are not living in Novi Sad there is a possibility of specially organized classes.

The transfer of knowledge and experience is provided by teachers and external associates/visiting teachers of the Faculty with extensive academic and professional experience gained at prestigious institutions from around the world, such as: the National Health Institute, Maryland, USA; School of Medicine, New York, USA; United Nations, New York, USA; University of Greenwich, UK and others.
