The first steps of our institution in higher education date back to 2005. The Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka" in Belgrade stands out as an institution that provides exceptional education in various fields, such as: psychology, business excellence and organization, security, management and business, as well as management in hospitality industry and gastronomy. The quality of education provided by this faculty is comparable to the most prestigious world faculties, thanks to our highly qualified teaching staff, modern teaching methods and innovative curricula adapted to the needs of the market.

The Faculty fosters a transdisciplinary approach to education, as it sublimates different areas of research and thus contributes to an innovative environment for students, teachers, companies that are our partners, as well as other organizations in the profit, non-profit and civil sectors.
Our Faculty offers vocational and academic study programs. Each academic program collaborates with its own partners, including successful companies, scientific institutes, and consulting organizations. We pay special attention to short educational programs, including International Summer and Winter Schools, which bring together students from different universities. The Center for Business Excellence and the Center for Organization and Professional Development in Healthcare also operate within the faculty.
Our goal is for students to gain numerous references during their studies, which is ensured by mandatory professional internships starting from the first year, obtaining certificates in professional and applied courses, and participating in global and regional business and professional conferences.
