AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH WORK
On 14 December 2022, in the Provincial Government Hall, the Provincial Secretariat for Higher Education and Scientific Research presented awards for Scientific Excellence to outstanding researchers on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
Awards for scientific excellence have been given to 52 researchers from the territory of AP Vojvodina, in 22 scientific fields and subfields. The awards were handed in to the most cited researchers by Prof. Zoran Milošević, Ph.D., the Provincial Secretary for Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Among the most cited researchers on the territory of the AP Vojvodina there are also three professors from the University Business Academy in Novi Sad. The award winner for scientific excellence in the field of legal sciences as the most cited researcher in this field is Prof. Jelena Matijašević, Ph.D, Vice-Dean for Science and full professor at the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad. The award for scientific excellence in the field of biotechnology and agriculture, the subfield of animal husbandry and the award for the most cited researcher in this field have been given to the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management, Prof. Nikola Puvača, Ph.D. Special recognition for scientific excellence in the field of economics and the award for the most cited researcher in this field have been given to Prof. Branislav Dudić, Ph.D, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management.
