Rector of the University Business Academy in Novi Sad, Prof. Mirko Kulić, Ph.D., together with the representative of the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, Ass. Prof. Sanja Škorić, Ph.D., attended the conference within the framework of the project "Strengthening Integrity and Fighting Corruption in Higher Education", held on 5 July 2017.
At the invitation of the Association of economists and managers of the Balkans, the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance joined the consortium of the scientific conference ERAZ – SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BASED ON KNOWLEDGE, as the only partner faculty in Serbia.
On 14 June 2017, at the University Business Academy in Novi Sad, we had the honor of hosting the certificate awarding ceremony for participants of the second cycle of lectures held within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module - Accession of Serbia to the European Union.
The International Nurses Day was celebrated at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Novi Sad on May 12. This day is celebrated in memory of Florence Nightingale, a woman who devoted her whole life to fighting for the improvement of her profession and women's rights, and who opened the first school for nurses. Students of the “Health Care” study program marked this day with a beautiful action which took place in the courtyard of the Faculty.
Students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Novi Sad participated in the Young Leaders Forum of Serbia, which was held from 26-28 May 2017 on the mountain of Zlatibor. The Forum brought together 100 young leaders from all over Serbia, including company representatives and students from different faculties, to acquire new knowledge and learn new skills they need to succeed. The Forum was organized by “Business Info Group” and weekly magazine “Vreme”.
Team of Surgeons from the Faculty of Dentistry in Pančevo Successfully Removed the Soft Palate Tumor
The team of surgeons from the Faculty of Dentistry in Pančevo, led by Prof. Živorad Nikolić Ph.D., maxillofacial surgeon, in collaboration with Dr. Veljko Božić, otolaryngologist i.e. ENT specialist, has recently successfully carried out a complicated surgery to remove cancer of the soft palate with the 88-year-old patient. The surgery took place in the General Hospital in Pančevo at the ENT (Otolaryngology) department.
