Another Professional Athlete Becomes Student of University Business Academy
The athlete of Serbia's national men’s basketball team, Marko Simonović, met with Prof. Mirko Kulić Ph.D., the University Rector of University Business Academy, in order to talk about the continuation of his education at the mentioned university.
Marko Simonović is a famous basketball player currently playing for the Red Star Club and, as had previously been said, also a member of Serbia’s national men’s basketball team. The reason for the meeting was his great interest in studying at the University Business Academy in Novi Sad. During the meeting, the Rector presented numerous study programs that are offered at five faculties within the University. Respecting Marko Simonović's interests and ambitions, the rector recommended him a study program in Business Economics and Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management in Novi Sad, which our successful basketball player gladly accepted.
In the following period, Marko Simonović will continue to play basketball for “Zenit” from St. Petersburg, the club with which he signed the contract in July 2017.
